  1. How do I locate my radio code?
    At purchase you should have received a card with your vehicle's radio code printed on it. If you do not have a card please call our service department at (972)554-8705.

  2. How do I contact Acura Client Services?
    You can reach Acura Client Services at 1-800-382-2238 Monday-Friday from  8am to 7pm Central time.

  3. How do I obtain an update for my navigation?
    Acura has set up a specific website at http://www.acuranavi.com/ where you can find information regarding your Navigation. You can also call 1-888-549-3798

  4. What is the warranty for my Acura?
    All New Acura vehicles and the accessories installed by the dealer at the time of vehicle purchase or lease enjoy a 4-year/50,000-mile limited warranty. Acura vehicles are also covered by a 6-year/70,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. In addition, outer body rust-through is covered on all Acura vehicles by a 5-year/unlimited-mile limited warranty. For a full description of your warranty, please see your owner's manual.

  5. How do I determine my available Loyalty Reward points?
    You can determine your available Loyalty Reward points by logging in to your account. You can do this by visiting our website and navigating to the Service/Parts tab on the menu and clicking on the reward program link in the drop down. Here you can sign in to check your available points and print out your coupons to redeem your points.

  6. How do I make a service appointment?
    From our web site under the parts/service tab you may click on schedule service.

    Visit http://www.xmradio.com/ help and support or you may call them directly at 1-800-967-2346 Monday –Saturday 8am-11pm ET and Sunday 8am-8pm ET.

  8.  How do I know if my cellular phone is compatible with Acura’s hands free Bluetooth technology?
    You can visit Acura's website at http://www.acurahandsfreelink.com/ which especially designed for this purpose and where you can find out whether your phone is compatible with your Acura's Handsfreelink technology.

  9. When am I due for my first service?
    Your vehicle's maintenance reminder system will alert you when you are due for your first service. You can find a list of required services under the maintenance section in your owner’s manual.

  10. How do I contact roadside assistance (Total Luxury Care)?
    The phone number for Total Luxury Care is 1-800-594-8500.

  11. How do I register for ownerlink?
    You may go to http://www.owners.acura.com/  to register online.

  12. Do I have to schedule an appointment in order to have my car serviced?
    Appointments are not necessary however, you may want to call ahead to determine if we can accommodate your current needs in a time frame that is acceptable to you.
